• Account data: Name and email address at registration.
• Trade data: Trades logged via manual entry or broker sync, including instrument, prices, P&L, and notes.
• Journal entries: Reflections, lessons, and notes you write.
• Broker Client ID: Your broker client code (e.g. Zerodha ID) for duplicate trial prevention.
• Device and usage data: Page visits and feature usage for analytics.

• Trading analytics: To calculate win rate, P&L, streaks and performance metrics.
• AI reports: To generate personalised coaching insights via Anthropic Claude AI.
• Market Outlook: To personalise daily market insights.
• Trial abuse prevention: Broker Client ID is used to prevent one broker account being used across multiple free trials.
• Service improvement: Anonymised aggregate data to improve features.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your trade data for our own trading.

TraderMind uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Anthropic Claude API — Trade data is sent for AI analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery.
• Supabase — Secure database hosting (Singapore region).
• Upstash Redis — Rate limiting (Mumbai region).
• Vercel / Railway — Application hosting.
• Razorpay — Payment processing (when applicable).

Each third party has their own privacy practices. We suggest reviewing their policies.

• All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.
• Database access is restricted and authenticated.
• Broker OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
• We never store broker passwords.

• Access your data: Settings → Export Data (CSV download of all trades).
• Delete your account: Settings → Danger Zone. All data is purged within 48 hours.
• Contact: support@tradermind.in for any data requests.

Your broker Client ID (e.g. Zerodha client code) is stored specifically to prevent one broker account from being used across multiple TraderMind free trials. This data is:

• Not used for any other purpose.
• Not shared with anyone.
• Deleted when your account is deleted.
• Retained for 30 days after deletion as fraud prevention.
