TraderMind is a personal trading journal and analytics tool for Indian options traders. By using TraderMind you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• All AI-generated reports, Market Outlook, and analytics are for informational and educational purposes only.
• Nothing on TraderMind constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or buy/sell signals. All insights shown are based solely on your own historical trading data for self-analysis and journaling purposes only. TraderMind is not a SEBI registered Research Analyst and does not provide any investment recommendations.
• Trade at your own risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Always consult a SEBI registered advisor before making investment decisions.
• TraderMind and its operators are not liable for any trading losses you incur.

• TraderMind connects to your broker (e.g. Zerodha) via official OAuth.
• We request read-only access to your trade history.
• We cannot and do not place orders on your behalf.
• Your broker login credentials are never stored by TraderMind.
• Only OAuth access tokens are stored, encrypted, for sync purposes.
• Your Zerodha Client ID is stored to prevent duplicate accounts and is retained until your account is deleted.

• Market Outlook and Trading Coach reports are generated by Anthropic Claude AI.
• AI analysis is based on your trade data and publicly available market information.
• AI reports are not reviewed by licensed financial advisors.
• Do not make trading decisions based solely on AI-generated content.
• Your trade data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing — Anthropic's privacy policy applies.

• Your trade data is stored securely in our database.
• Your Zerodha Client ID is retained until account deletion to prevent trial abuse.
• You can request complete account deletion from Settings → Danger Zone.
• Upon deletion: all trades, journal entries, and reports are deleted within 48 hours.
• Anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained for product improvement.

• The free trial is 7 days with no credit card required.
• After the trial, you are moved to the Free plan automatically.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay.
• No refunds after AI reports have been generated in that billing period.
• Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TraderMind after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
